HOW IT WORKS
Schedule a Walkthrough

We’d love to see your home! We will schedule a walkthrough with you and your real estate agent to view the property and discuss which rooms should be staged for maximizing your investment. We will send you a quote and timeline for staging promptly.
Within 1-2 weeks of the walkthrough, we will schedule 2-3 days of installation depending on how much there is to do. Make sure the house is completely clean and empty (for vacant homes) before we come.

Let us know when a purchase agreement has been signed by you and a buyer. At that point, we will come and remove all the items before the closing date.
Show + sell your home

If you were approved to pay after closing, you have plenty of time after the closing date to pay the amount along with any interest incurred. If you choose to pay up front, full payment is due on the day of installation. To learn more about our “Pay at Close” option, CLICK HERE
