Home Is Where Our Story Starts

Hello! We are Moe and Andrew Manche, the husband-and-wife team behind M&Rew Interiors, a home staging and design company based in the Phoenix Valley. Together, we combine a love for beautiful, functional spaces with a heart for helping people feel at home wherever they are in the process.

For me (Moe), design has been in my bones since childhood. I grew up moving from one new home to another each time watching my mom not only design a beautiful space, but also thoughtfully stage it to sell. She’d been on both sides of the buying and selling process more times than I could count, so she knew just how to make each home feel special.

From my bystander’s spot on the sidelines, I got to witness the ups, downs, and everything in between that comes with moving. It gave me an appreciation for how much heart and effort go into creating (and leaving) a home. Somewhere in there, I “caught” the design bug.

As a kid, I’d take my blank new bedroom and dream up how to turn it into my next little haven. Before long, I was venturing out into the rest of the house, and my mom (bless her) let me take the reins. Through plenty of trial and error (and more paint colors than I care to admit), I taught myself how to design spaces that not only look beautiful but make sense for the people living in them.

Andrew grew up quite the opposite, rooted in the mountains of Asheville, where “home” was steady and familiar. Now, after years in the design and staging world, he has a deep appreciation for how challenging the buying, selling, and settling-in process can be. With a background in furniture craftsmanship and home renovation, he brings precision, care, and humor to every project, making sure each space is staged with purpose and flow. And as anyone who’s worked with him can tell you, his energy keeps things running smoothly (and keeps everyone laughing).

Setting the Stage for Success

Today, that same love of home fuel what my husband and I do together. Whether we’re staging a house to help it sell, designing a home to make everyday life flow better, or helping someone see the potential in a brand-new place, our goal is the same: to serve real people doing the real work of building a good life.

When we’re not working, you’ll find us chasing around our three littles, going on family walks, and enjoying the simple, everyday moments of life preferably with a good old cup of joe in hand.
